After Converse US went bankrupt in 2002, Converse Japan is operating by ITOCHU Corporation.
Chuck Taylor 70 doesn’t sell in Japan, so a lot of people buy them when they travel outside of Japan.
However, Recently, Converse Japan released Japanese version CT70, which is called “ALL STAR LGCY”.
As you can see, they look pretty much like CT70, and mentioning they are very comfortable to wear.
I was really excited to get them, but they sold out really quickly.
Anyway, they are not limited or exclusive shoes, so I will wait until they restock them!
