COMME Des Garcons x Nike collaboration shoes?
COMME Des Garcons and Nike have been collaborating and using the shoes in thier runway show since the 2017 Spring / Summer.
The design is based on Nike original shoes and added Rei Kawakubo(the designer of COMME Des Garcons)’s taste in them.

AIR CHUKKA MOC / COMME Des Garcons
The base models are called “NIKE AIR MOC” and released in 1994 as hiking shoes, which was not officially released in Japan.
The next year(in 1995), Nike released “NIKE AIR CHUKKA MOC”.
As you can see 2017S/S Comme des Garcons Runway in the photo, the design was the same as Nike Original ones, but changed material suede to smooth leather.

AIR VAPOR MAX FK CDG / COMME Des Garcons
The base model, VAPOR MAX was just released at that time.
For COMME Des Garcons collaboration ones, there is no shoe lace, it looks more simple and sophisticated.
AIR VAPOR MAX FK/CDG is becoming very rare and difficult to get, because that was the first collaboration as COMME Des Garcons main line.

DUNK / COMME Des Garcons HOMME PLUS
For the COMME Des Garcons HOMME PLUS line, the design was based on DUNK HIGH.
The 2007 Spring Summer season team was “The Emperor’s New Clothes”.
As the season team “The Emperor’s New Clothes”, they used a lot of PVC instead of regular fabric, even in Collaboration Dank.
